"Project felt all over the place"
The whole project just felt messier than it needed to be. There were long delays, updates weren’t very clear, and every time it seemed like someone new was taking over, I had to re-explain things. It was kind of like dealing with a team that was... I don’t know, just not fully on the same page.

"Probably not worth ordering again"
The wine was fine, just not anything that made me think, wow, this was worth the price. I kept thinking I’ve had similar or better bottles for less elsewhere, so it was kind of hard to justify. Not terrible by any means, but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. I probably won’t order again.

"Delivery was ridiculously slow... but okay, fine"
The delivery took forever and I was annoyed waiting around for it. Like, how does it take that long? But then it finally showed up and I guess everything was fine, so whatever. Still, the wait was way too much.

I stopped in to check out the selection, and while the shop itself seemed fine, the prices felt a lot higher than what I’m used to seeing at other bottle shops. I don’t mind paying a little extra here and there if something really stands out, but in this case I just didn’t feel like I was getting enough value for the price. Maybe it works for some people, but for me personally, it was just a bit too pricey and not really worth it

"Pretty slow getting back to me"
I tried reaching out to Vintage Cellars a few times and it pretty much felt like no one was checking their messages. Replies took ages, and when I finally heard back, it didn’t really answer what I’d asked. I ended up having to follow up again, which was just frustrating. Not really what you expect when you’re only after a simple update.

I reached out for warranty support thinking it would be straightforward, but it took way too long and still didn’t fix my issue. At that point, give me a break — the whole reason I contacted them was to get it handled, not drag it out and end up right where I started.

I ordered from vintagecellars.com and, to be fair, the wine itself was perfectly fine. The problem was the service around it. They made it sound like I’d be kept updated and things would be handled smoothly, but in reality I was left waiting around for emails that took ages to come through.
One reply I did get came across blunt too, which didn’t help. I understand places get busy, but don’t promise good communication if you’re not actually going to follow through. It all felt a bit unprofessional, so I’m not in a hurry to order again.

"Not really the best experience"
My order ended up arriving later than I expected, and when I reached out to support, the replies were slow. The wine itself was fine, nothing wrong with it really, but the whole experience just felt a bit... I don’t know. I wasn’t super happy with it overall

"Disappointing follow-up from Vintage Cellars"
Once my order was completed, it felt like Vintage Cellars just stopped caring. I tried to follow up, but the replies stopped, which was frustrating. I don’t think it’s asking too much to expect a bit of basic courtesy and after-sales support, especially after you’ve already paid.

I reached out to tech support twice, i don’t think I was being unreasonable in expecting a useful response. Both replies took a while, and neither one actually fixed the problem. It ended up being a frustrating experience, especially since I had already tried to explain what was going on...

I was disappointed when my order arrived. The box was half crushed, and the bottles barely had any padding around them. One of the labels was scuffed up too, so the whole thing just felt like it had been thrown together in a rush. For what I paid for delivery, I expected a lot better. If this is how future orders are going to show up, I’ll probably start buying somewhere else

"Frustrating install and spotty service"
The install was a mess and took way longer than they originally told me. Communication was bad too — I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. The whole thing kind of felt like it worked when it wanted to, and when it didn’t, I was the one stuck chasing answers. I wouldn’t use them again...

I ordered a few bottles, and yeah, I was disappointed. One of them tasted kind of flat, and another had this weird sour smell as soon as I opened it. For the price, I really expected a lot better. Maybe I just got unlucky with the batch, but it definitely didn’t feel like good value to me. I don’t think I’d order from here again

As someone who actually enjoys browsing and comparing different options, I was disappointed. I expected a better selection, but a lot of the things I was looking for just weren’t there. It felt really limited, so I didn’t stick around long and ended up going somewhere else.

"Staff seemed a bit lost"
I stopped in after running a couple errands nearby and figured I’d pick up a bottle of wine for dinner. I asked a few basic questions, nothing too complicated, but the staff didn’t really seem to know much. The answers were vague and I didn’t feel like I got any actual help choosing something. Maybe I caught them on an off day, but I expected a wine shop to be a little more helpful. Left kind of annoyed.
